Japan QR code
In this article I’m going to talk about the Awesome widely Usage of QR code in Japan. So you all must be thinking ” uh? what is QR code? How does it works or function? Does this do any good in Japan network? ” In terms of QR code that is only used in Japan, A QR code is a matrix code ( or two-dimensional bar code ) which you can see on the above picture which is created by Japanese corporation called Denso-Wave when it’s first released in 1994.
The short form of QR name is literally means ” Quick Response ” which the creator intended their own created code to allow its contents to be decoded at high speed by using a mobile phones which usually Japanese made of phones that allows one user to use their camera to read this camera by snapping the picture out of it. This QR code is one of the most popular currently common used two dimension code in Japan.
So how does this do any good in Japan society and it’s own network here? Well.. Most of the companies here do use QR code to promote their products, advertisment, new released stuff that they are going to announce to public and etc which allow people to use their own cellphones and check it out by snapping the QR code out with the camera. Once snapped it, it will automatically go to one website or pages that allows them to view the products, advertisment and etc which they found on a paper or anywhere with a QR code sticked on. It is a good way to save cost and fast to promote their own stuff since mobile phones here are widely used by people around here. Instead of giving out flyers, using QR code is faster and reliable than can last longer than you can expect it to be.
Not only QR code are widely used by companies here to announce their own stuff but also widely used by people around such as exchanging contacts and details about a person information to another. This allows you to share your details and information to someone like your friend that used japanese mobile to decode the QR code from one phone to another. It is a good way to exchange info instead of typing on it which is troublesome and by using this you just need to snap the QR code and then there you can just directly save it. It’s very easy snap on code thing to use here in Japan and I never see this thing existed until I came to Japan. It was one of the awesome thing that they have created for us.
