After my school holiday started not too long ago, I have been sleeping late at night these days which I used to when I got to attend morning class since the start of last semester onwards where I have to get up early in the day to commute to school by train every weekday. But now it seems that I have been having a late night sleep due to watching series through my iPhone all night until the sun almost rise then I can get to bed and sleep soundly.
I also have a bad sleeping time where I can’t sleep well during night time which I can before moving to a new living place. Which is why now I have been sleeping late when sometimes watching and looking at books at night could make my eyes open like bright shine look into during day time.
However bad sleep hour can make your body weak and bad for the health. To all the folks out there, do you usually sleep at late hour or early like a bird?
