Greetings to all the folks out there who have been reading and following my blog site for almost a year now and thanks to you all that I have finally made it this far by updating my blog post regularly and without your support I wouldn’t be here and can’t reach into the world Ranking of Top 700k and Top 10k in Malaysia ( Many thanks to my Malaysian Readers out there ). However my good news to you folks are there is still 4 days left until my 1st anniversary of my blog site since last year I started blogging up until now ( will be writing about it in another post ).
But then let’s keep the non related topic aside and what I wanted to share with you all in this post are the popular of Manga aka Comic in english that is being published each week of time called the ” Weekly Shonen Jump ” that is sold or can be found almost everywhere here around in Japan. So.. What is Weekly Shonen Jump? The Shukan Shonen Janpu ( that is what Japanese people call it ) is a weekly shonen manga that is published in Japan by Shueisha under the jump line of magazines which the first issued was released with a cover date of July 2, 1968 and it is still circulating where it is one of the longest running manga magazines in Japan that has a circulation of 2.7 million readers according to this year statistics.
In fact there are alot of random chapters of series inside that run in weekly shonen jump that are being collected and published in Tankobon ( independently appearing book which is not part of the series ) volumes imprinted every two to three months. This hot popular comic magazine are usually targets young male readers because there is health material content with abit of censorship that is being put on a manga story inside which female doesn’t usually read it. However There is also a Monthly Shonen Jump but this one is better as more of them are looking forward to each of the story inside each week as random drawing manga and story are being put in which makes it quite interesting.
Here you can get this with the price of 400 Yen only. Usually you can also pick it up when people have done reading it and they will leave it at one place for people to pick it up for it since this is a cheap comic magazine that can be bought at a convenient store. Sometimes people just collect all the old ones and sell it for 200 Yen. I personally have see the content inside and it was quite interesting which I picked up at the sitting bench when someone did leave the manga behind and share it to us. ^^;;
