Day in Akihabara 2

Yesterday, I went to Akihabara again for another walking tour to see if I can buy something from there. Actually My dad has been asking me to help him find a HDMI cable for his presentation with the need of plugging into the TV for HD. The weather was around 7 celsius and it was cold but not as cold as what you feel during night time or raining on winter season.

Arrived in Akihabara and I saw this stall still offering large discount ever since last year. It doesn’t have an end eh?

Seems like another shop will be opening soon. Err.. is it a shop or a center?

Live park in Akiba? The name itself looks interesting enough. I can’t wait to see it done opening and knowing what it would be during that time.

This is the construction site that was caught on fire last 2 days ago which is on friday. Seems like many construction workers were taken to the hospital during that time but said that everyone will be fine. More coverage on Punynari blog.

This is how inside of the construction building looks like. Seems like today they are still continue on working after the accident happened. If this kind of accident happen in my country, they will at least took 3-5 days off from work.

Seems like there is a sales in this shop called Softmap.

And I spotted this cheap offering when I was looking around at the shop. 190 Yen for 1 box of Nendoroid petit? GET!

Been having a hard time choosing which boxes have Haruhi inside. Same goes to the person besides me.

This is the shop that I’m looking forward to. Previously this is a shop that sells electronic stuff but it went bankrupted this year due to economy crisis.

This is what happens when you simpy park your vehicles. The fined is between 10000 Yen – 50000 Yen depending the sizes of your vehicles. They will take a picture of your plate number and records it. After few days, you will receive a letter from them.

A middle age guy is flirting with the MOE girls. I see many middle age man have a nice conversation with them and the girls seems to like it very much. Some of them might walk with them around the street happily. This is a HUEG *facepalm.gif* for me who is still young and incapable of talking with them directly. “orz”

Opssy.. I spot an Akiba idol. I don’t really know who is she but she looks pretty and appealing for me but also has HUEG bare eyes. Does she look MOE? Give me some comment!

She even agree to do a MOE pose for me. After that she gave me her pack of tissue for WINRAR. LULZ!

Although she’s cute and HAS LARGE EYES but I still prefer the girl with pink dress more.

After the photo session, Everyone bid farewell to them. The girl in pink dress smile at me while I was waving at her. LULZ! Maybe I should go to her idol photo session. Hmm.. *Thinking hard*

Continue my walk around and I spotted this famous maid cafe which is the largest maid cafe from 4th floor onwards to 7th floor which has many people lining up to get there for from the 1st floor. I will be covering this maid cafe on some other time.

This is the best flyer I ever got since I went to Akihabara for the first time until recently. Looks like they are organizing a show next 2 weeks from now. Should I go or NOT? Looks like there will be some MOE girls there performing on that day.

Mister Donut has more people lining up in front of the shop. I never tried before but will soon.

Remind that Softmap is the largest electronic store in Akihabara. They have alot of branches around there. If you plan to get some electronical stuff in Akihabara, I would recommend you this store because they have cheap stuff and offer you can get from. I saw that they are selling 9800 Yen for a Xbox 360.
