Yesterday I went to one of the eyeglasses store in Shinjuku to search for a new pair of glasses. After using my current eyeglasses for almost 2 years now and it’s gonna break anytime soon especially the handle which doesn’t hold any longer. It does really feels like it’s going to drop on the floor if I face it downwards. This is why I decided to get a new one for better lasting and my lens degree isn’t accurate anymore.

 

On a cloudy day, I decided to take a walk around there and spotted a huge store called ” Alook ” which sells tons of eyeglasses inside the big building which has several floor inside. Before that, My friend do recommended me to this store as it has a better eyeglasses with a cheaper price.

 

 

As I was going inside the store and look for a new pair of glasses for myself, I saw tons of people inside looking for a new pair for themself and try it out while choosing for the right one, I did saw alot of nice one around the corner which tagged as new arrival. And of course, I do go for the new one instead of others. ^^;;

 

 

The staff inside were really nice and polite as they do serve you by recommend what kind of eyeglass frame that suit your taste,style and shape for your face.

 

 

After choosing the right pair of eyeglass frame, They asked me if I wanted to recheck my eyes degree again or reuse the current one for what I’m wearing it now and I told them I wanted to recheck it as well for the glasses that I’m using it now. After they have checked my old ones and reconfirm the degree, They asked me to go for the eyes examination section to check my eyes again before proceed to the new lenses with an accurate one.

 

After checked, They give me a card that has my glasses number on which allow me to use and take it from the other counter located at the underground floor within 30 minutes of wait only. Back in my country, I have to wait for 1 or 2 days just to complete the glasses that I bought from the shop but not in Japan as they do quickly done yours in less than 1 hour as they don’t want customers to wait for too long to get it.

 

 

Payed for my new pair of glasses for only 8400 Yen including lens which I find it quite cheap. They are doing a promotion for free lens included if you buy a new frame.

 

 

Went back there after 30 minutes and take my new pair of glasses. This is the counter for you to take your new eyeglasses and they are now doing some handle adjustment to fit it perfectly when wearing it without too tight or loose that makes it uncomfortable for you.

 

 

This is my new pair of eyeglasses. It’s finally done and really happy for the one that I choose. ^^;;

 

 

They have a new model of glasses for this year. Mine is 8000 series. ^^;;

 

 

12000 series is the most expensive one that sold in that store. Not really like the style and shape for the 12000 series but it’s a light type of eyeglasses.

 

 

1 year limited warranty. As for the condition above, if you damage it, they charge you half price of what you have purchased. How good is that. Back in my country, they don’t have this type of condition given and when you break it, it means that you have to buy a new one again. ^^;;
